I’ve led large teams, delivered complex change, and coached senior leaders across industries, from tech to healthcare, public sector to private. I’m known for creating honest, safe spaces where people can think clearly and lead better.

I’m a Level 7 qualified executive coach, with studies in leadership at Ashridge Business School, innovation at INSEAD, and improvement theory with Warwick.
Before coaching, I led business intelligence for a national organisation, where I was responsible for strategy, performance, and decision support across the UK’s health research infrastructure. During the pandemic, I served as acting CITO for a national organisation coordinating the UK Government’s research response to COVID.
These days, I coach senior leaders, engineers, technical specialists, and high-growth teams. Often in fast-moving or high-stakes environments.
Sometimes I’m working with a founder navigating the challenges of scaling. Other times, I’m helping a leadership team repair trust and refocus.
