Group Coaching for Leaders

How has the last couple of years been for you and your practice as a leader? Tough, I bet. 

In my coaching work it has become clear that leaders and managers are tired and struggling to find a path. The usual goal setting, go getting attitude doesn't work for them anymore. 

So why not try something different? 

This event is truly unique, blending self-enquiry, coaching and a philosophical perspective. 

Everyone who participates in this special event will:

- be guided to better understand where they are at right now. 

- be coached to set themselves realistic expectations and personal goals. 

- gain a deeper understanding of the relationship between their life and their work. 

Participants in the meditation will be guided through a special blend of philosophical and coaching questions. In combination, this can lead to an experience that has been described as "magical". 

The theme of unity will help you to understand your place in the world, your connection to your colleagues and the next steps you need to take. 

While this can be a deeply personal experience, participants will also have the (optional) opportunity to share their thoughts and intentions with a small group, benefiting from the shared experience. As a previous workshop participant wrote:
